Orders in the UK you can expect to arrive within 2-3 business days. The estimated shipping time for global shipping is approximately between 5 – 14 working days depending on your location. Tretinoin World aims to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible, but unfortunately can not be held responsible for unforeseen delays in postal services. Please note that product boxes are purposely flattened before shipping to ensure that your parcel reaches you in pristine condition. This technique also allows us to keep the cost of shipping to you, the customer, at a lower price point. Flattened boxes are in no way damaged before shipping; the aim is to get your product to you as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible. Thank you.

Returns

Due to health & hygiene regulations, we can not accept returns and all goods are none refundable. So please make sure you are familiar and happy with our terms & conditions before you order we also do not cover change of mind however, in the unlikely event, an error has occurred with your order please contact us straight away by email at tretinoinworld@outlook.com and we will be more than happy to assist you in resolving the matter. Please read our product descriptions carefully before selecting your products.

Customs Charges

Tretinoin World is not responsible for any offshore customs charges regulated and issued under the recipient’s country. You, as the buyer, must be aware and be subject to your country’s customs charges for any parcels that are received. Parcels that are unclaimed or refused by the recipient are the buyer’s responsibility. Tretinoin World bears no responsibility and reserves the right not to refund the payment. Thank you.
